These rules govern the use of this website and the table-booking service offered by Nami Sushi Sp. z o.o.
1. General
This website is run by Nami Sushi Sp. z o.o., ul. Józefa 12, 31-056 Kraków, NIP: 7010012345. By using it you accept these rules.
2. Reservations
You can request a table through the booking form. A request is a proposal to book; your reservation is confirmed when we accept it (shown on screen, or communicated to you). We may contact you to confirm or adjust the details.
Please provide accurate contact details so we can reach you about your booking.
3. Changes and cancellations
If your plans change, please cancel or amend your booking as early as you can by contacting us, so the table can be offered to other guests. Repeated no-shows may affect future bookings.
4. Menu, prices and hours
Dishes, prices and opening hours shown on the site are provided in good faith and may change; the current offer applies in the restaurant. Photographs are illustrative.
5. Complaints
If something is not right, please let us know by email (kontakt@nami-sushi.pl) or phone (+48 12 430 11 44). We aim to respond within 14 days.
6. Personal data
We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Final provisions
These rules are governed by Polish law. We may update them; the version published on the site applies to new bookings.
